RFP Programs Coordinator (m/f/d)

In this position, you drive the RFP Process towards the set goals and revenue targets.



  • Together with Jr. Manager RFP Programs coordinate the global RFP cycle & workflow
  • Support with various RFP tasks in the preparation of the new RFP corporate & consortia season
  • Add corporate, consortia and other RFP offers in Cvent Transient and control the process
  • Support the member hotels with problem-solving between corporate accounts and Cvent Transient
  • Build relationship with the member hotels and become the main point of contact for hotels in the RFP management
  • Data management in Cvent Transient and other RFP relevant platforms
  • Support Jr. Manager RFP Programs with positioning member hotels within the different corporate programs
  • Work closely with the Design Hotels Distribution Team to ensure correct rate loading
  • Organize, lead and take minutes in the Business Travel Call
  • Master Tableau: prepare, analyze and enhance various reports
  • Work in data projects with the BI Team to ensure accurate data reporting
  • Prepare production figures and gather data from various sources
  • Prepare presentations for RFP, Sales and Travel Trade Marketing
  • Assist in gathering and organizing market research data to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth within the travel trade segment
  • Assist with research and content planning for the monthly consortia newsupdate to inform all key partners of brand initiatives and news  
  • Support Jr. Manager RFP Programs with optimizing Salesforce
  • Support with data entry and maining accurate information in Salesforce for RFP & TTM
  • Control implementation process of the new member hotels
  • Support with year-end RFP analysis and delivery of Membership Services
  • Support with onboarding and training interns



  • Hospitality background is essential, sales experience would be a bonus
  • Team player with excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity and attention for detail
  • Strong analytical and administrative skills
  • Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • Demonstrate reliability and communicate constructively on all levels
  • Experience with Keynote, Tableau and Salesforce is an advantage
