Where is Arena 2025?

This year, Arena will take place in the beautiful mountainous region of South Tyrol. 

How do I register for Arena? 

Once you’ve filled in all of your details and submitted them, you will receive a registration email from us. If you ever have any issues, please message us at [email protected]

How do I register for Originals’ Weekend? 

Once you’ve filled in all of your details and submitted them, you will receive a registration email from us. Please note that, this year, you need to register for Arena and Orginals' Weekend separately. If you ever have any issues, please message us at [email protected]

Can I bring a plus one? 

Due to capacity, we can’t offer you to bring a plus one to our Arena events. However, they are welcome to join you as hotel guests. 

What's the fee to join this year? 

This year, joining Arena comes with a fee of €950, which includes all drinks, meals, and local transport. Curious where to stay? See your hotel options here. Are meals and drinks included in the fee? 

Yes, the food and drinks provided during the Arena events is included in your fee.

Travel

How do I get there?

This year, Arena will take place in Bolzano in Italy and at one main event location and other venues within the city. The city’s international airport is Bolzano Airport, with direct flights on SkyAlps from Berlin, Hamburg, London Gatwick, Ibiza, and many other other European destinations. As an Arena attendee, SkyAlps offers you an exclusive discount of 30%, which you can find in our registration newsletter. 

Other nearby airports are in Verona, Venice, Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate and Munich. For you to find the best connection, we have listed all of your travel option on our Travel & Hotels Page. There, you will also find your local train and car rental options.

When should I book my travel for? 

We recommend that you arrive on Tuesday to settle in before the event kicks off on Wednesday, and depart on Friday evening or Saturday morning. To make the most of your journey and immerse yourself in the beauty of South Tyrol, this year, you have the option to arrive one day early, on 21 October, and experience the Dolomites through the eyes of our local Originals. Whether you're seeking an outdoor adventure or some pre-Arena relaxation, the program will have something for everyone.

Do I need a visa?

As an EU citizen, you don’t need a visa. Depending on your country of residency outside of the EU, you may require a visa. Please check the Italian Government’s Official Website. If you’re unsure, please check in with your local embassy or consulate well ahead of time.

Where should I stay?

This year, you have the option to stay at a vast range of our member and partner hotels, located from Bolzano to Lana. To learn all about these hotels, their rates, and how to get there, visit our Travel & Hotels Page.

Do you offer any hotel discount rates for Arena?

Yes, as an Arena attendee, you receive exclusive deals for our local member and members hotels, which include taxes and breakfast. To book, visit our Travel & Hotels Page. Please note that, in order to receive your discount, you have to book through this page.

Where’s my Arena ticket?

There’s no ticket. Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and will be added to the guest list. Please contact [email protected] for any questions you may have.

Can I see who else is attending? 

Yes, you can. We’ll share the delegates list ahead of the event. 

Originals’ Weekend

Where will it take place?

This year, Originals’ Weekend will take place in Lana, in South Tyrol. To learn more, please visit this dedicated page.

I’d like to attend Originals’ Weekend but I only received a link to register for Arena. How can I register for Originals’ Weekend?

Originals’ Weekend is an exclusive program for our hotel owners, or Originals as we call them, which is why only they receive registration links.

What's the fee to join Originals' Weekend this year? 

This year, joining Originals’ Weekend comes with a fee of €600, which includes all drinks, meals, and local transport. You can cancel up until two weeks before the event, by October 8, after which you will be charged the full amount.
