Architecture Local legacy
This converted warehouse draws upon the creative legacy of The Bloomsbury Group, yet star designer Kit Kemp also manages to brilliantly reinvent the Bloomsbury aesthetic for the 21st century. Once a pharmacy, the building now teems with light, airy spaces punctuated by period details like wooden paneling, molding, and tall windows that elegantly frame the views across the London rooftops outside.
Interior design Kit Kemp
might be the eye-catching centerpiece of any given guestroom. Sumptuously patterned fabrics dominate the décor, such as those used to cover the tall, padded headboards. Kemp even came up with an exclusive wallpaper print using details taken from an 18th-century Hogarth Press woodcut. And crowning it all are the stellar works by such artists as Duncan Grant, Vanessa Bell, and Roger Fry.

Oscar Relax and unwind
The Oscar Restaurant and Bar spills outdoors onto the street during summer months, featuring live DJs on Fridays and attracting local media professionals who come to relax and unwind over British cuisine and cocktails.

Design & Architecture
Green is the color of life, hope, energy, and nature, so I often use it to breathe fresh air into a room. In the Terrace Suite at Ham Yard Hotel, Natasha Hulse has intricately appliquéd one of our signature headboards with an elaborate floral design. The three-dimensional quality of her work gives the room depth and breaks the boundary between indoors and outdoors.
