The Passion Principle: A Framework for Post-Experiential Hospitality, created in partnership with Universal Design Studio, is a wide-reaching cultural study exploring hospitality’s evolution from the experiential—focused on what the guest experiences in the moment—to the post-experiential, centered on what guests and hosts make possible together.
When approached as a collaborator rather than a replacement, AI can help hotels anticipate needs, design more reactive environments, and deliver experiences that feel both personal and human. At our study's core is The Passion Principle: When travelers and hoteliers meet through genuine, shared passion, hospitality moves from performance to co-creation.
We invite you to gather during the London Design Festival for a thought-provoking evening of conversation with Sarah Doyle (VP, Global Brand Leader & Deputy Managing Director at Design Hotels), Jason Holley (Principal at Universal Design Studio), and Anant Sharma (CEO of design consultancy Matter Of Form).
Helping to flavor the festivities, our friends at New Theory and Living Things will keep us hydrated throughout the evening.
RSVP is now closed.
