Behind the traditional wooden front doors of a historic building, The Ramble is a beacon of cool in Denver’s trendy River North district.

The see-and-be-seen, oh-so-posh drinking and dining scene at The Ramble has been created by New York’s legendary Death & Co.

Fun and informal, The Garden is a rooftop gathering place for sunny afternoons and warm evenings, emphasizing vibrant, fresh drinks and a full dinner menu.

Location
A hub of creativity, cuisine, music, and art just north of Denver’s downtown, River North (RiNo) Arts District is home to a remarkable concentration of creative businesses, including architects, art galleries, designers, furniture makers, illustrators, painters, media artists, photographers, and sculptors. Its historic warehouses and factories now house jazz bars, restaurants, breweries, art galleries, and working studios; its 15 breweries, cideries, wineries, and distilleries make for the largest concentration of craft beverage manufacturers in the US. The creative backbone of the neighborhood is evident not only in its artistic businesses, but on the buildings themselves, with colorful street-art murals to be discovered on almost every corner.

By creating a setting that feels both intimate and cinematic, The Ramble’s designers invite guests to linger, explore, and connect in an eclectic world of “found” elements and soft, luxurious fabrics that highlight patterns and texture. Here, hard surfaces, reclaimed wood and marble, unpolished concrete columns, and hand-molded brick, complement ornate chandeliers, antique Persian rugs, and velvet couches to capture the opulence found in boutique Parisian hotels but ground it in an industrial neighborhood setting.
Architecture JNS
The Ramble Hotel’s intended permanence as a fixture in the neighborhood is evident through its exterior, which displays a high level of detailed masonry work not often seen in new construction projects. The Ramble showcases a rhythm of red-orange brick bays and pilasters with a stepped brick design in the cornice details. On the ground-floor level, the hotel incorporates a steel storefront and base consistent with historic building vocabulary.

Death & Co A movable feast
Boasting a supremely talented and creative bar staff, Death & Co has opened its second location here, expanding from a focus on cocktails to a full-service restaurant throughout the day, and reimagining its iconic experience within a grand lobby setting.
