Architecture Toni Esteva
The estate’s restoration was undertaken with great respect for the original Mallorcan architecture and landscape. The lobby and reception are in the main house, the “Possessió” building, which is designed with whitewashed walls and natural elements like stone, wood, and linens. The outdoor spaces surrounding the hotel were conceived so that guests can walk barefoot, allowing one to connect deeply with the natural surroundings.
Interior design Toni Esteva
Rooms are minimalistic and purely Mediterranean, maintaining the original essence of the old finca. The design intention is to create a sense of calm, allowing guests to reconnect with themselves and nature. Stone, wood, and natural elements, like plants and gravel, are at the heart of this approach. Here, too, you will find a collection of works by both international and local artists, such as Hiroshi Kitamura, Miquel Barceló, Joan Miró, and Pere Ignasi.

The land Unique experiences
The property includes a certified ecologic farm, olive and fruit trees, and vineyards producing white and rose wines, as well as gardens used by the restaurant kitchen. Many of these products are served to guests, such as wine, olive oil, honey, and eggs.

Beni Axir, Back to the origins
Under the guidance of the renowned Chef Maria Solivellas, the cuisine draws inspiration from the traditional Mallorcan recipes, with a clear objective to recover the essence of rural Mallorca and to revive the flavors of the island. Beni Axir presents local Mediterranean cuisine that “goes back to the origins” and utilizes products that come directly from organic gardens and local producers.
