We are looking for a motivated and structured Working Student in Project Management to
support our team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. This role is ideal for
someone who wants to gain hands-on experience while taking on ownership of smaller tasks
and contributing actively to project success.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing projects
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and tracking tools
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and status reports
• Coordinate tasks and follow-ups across different teams and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or delays
• Organize and support meetings, including documentation of action items
• Contribute to process improvements and optimization of workflows
Requirements
• Currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business, Management, Engineering, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Structured and independent working style with attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with tools like Asana is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Languages: English (German is a plus)
Nice to Have
• First experience in project management (e.g. internships, student projects, or working student roles)
• Experience with data tracking, reporting, or analytics
• Experience in coordinating teams or leading small initiatives
