Sana Frini

Sana Frini is the co-founder of Locus, a cross-disciplinary architecture firm in Mexico City. Not a conventional architect, her work is as much about community impact as it is aesthetics. Her projects, spanning multiple countries, prioritize participatory design and local engagement, and her vision is influencing how architecture can both respond to and shape sustainable futures. This May, Sana will curate the Biennale d’Architecture et de Paysage in Versailles with a program that explores how to design for a warmer planet.

Louise French - The Future Laboratory

Louise French is Strategy Director for The Future Laboratory, one of the world’s most renowned futures consultancy and a longtime collaborators of ours. Through her work, she harnesses her interest in the processes behind identifying long-term visions, with a focus on creating change for the better. Louise is driven by her instinct that rather than fearing the unknown or clinging to rigid visions, foresight and trends can act as navigational tools to embed confidence and humility to prepare for futures, plural.

Louie Schwartzberg

Louie Schwartzberg is an award-winning cinematographer, director, and producer who has spent his notable career providing breathtaking imagery using time-lapse, high-speed, and macro cinematography. For his indie feature film Fantastic Fungi, Louie spent 15 years creating incredible time-lapse footage of the life of mushrooms. He is a visual artist who makes the invisible visible–telling stories that celebrate life and reveal the mysteries and wisdom of nature, people, and places. His TED talks have over 60 million views on YouTube.

Dr. Michelle Ulor

Dr. Michelle Ulor (BSc (Hons), MSc, PhD) is a distinguished music psychologist, DJ, and VC/startup consultant. With a career characterized by curiosity, drive, and over a decade of rich experience, her research journey has positioned her as an expert in the field of music and wellbeing, research design, and the exploration of innovative ideas. She is fascinated by music’s innate ability to foster communal bonds and enhance wellbeing, which is evident not only in her groundbreaking research but also in her creative endeavors. 

Victor Alarcon - Viti Vinci

Victor is the founder of Viti Vinci, a parfumerie that sources its raw materials using regenerative agricultural practices from its coastal sanctuary on Mallorca. The plants are picked by hand and distilled by scent scientists into one-of-a-kind, luxury fragrances that stimulate the senses, activate memories, and evoke emotions. Victor sees land regeneration as an essential part of his vision—collaborating with both the landscape and the people who have worked it for generations—and aims to harness the power natural scents have on our moods and emotions.

Mariana Harpreet

The founder and CEO of Sadhana Works, Mariana grew up in Mexico City and has a solid academic background including two master’s degrees in psychotherapy, a PhD in modern literature, and numerous certifications in meditation, craniosacral therapy, shamanic healing, and Kundalini yoga. With the creation of Sadhana Works, Mariana has built the first School of Consciousness in Palma de Mallorca and honored a place with a long tradition of knowledge and human nature.

Paco Colombàs is a seasoned DJ and emcee, with over 8 years of experience hosting more than 600 events across the Balearic Islands and beyond. Specializing in top-tier weddings and exclusive events, Paco’s ability to read any crowd, his mastery of engaging large groups, and his musician's sensibility, ensure an unforgettable experience filled with energy, rhythm, and joy.

Chiara Ferrari

Chiara Ferrari is an acclaimed interior and product designer who worked at studios in Milan and London before founding her own practice that specializes in creating engaging spaces and considered furniture. Chiara moved to Mallorca in 2019 and is based out of a former leather factory that she renamed 110 Mallorca. She also uses this space to bring together the island’s creatives. For Arena 2024, Chiara has curated an exhibition pairing international and local talent.

Carlos Couturier

Carlos Couturier is the co-visionary behind Grupo Habita—the renowned Mexican hotel group that consists of 16 hotels throughout Mexico and in Chicago. With the ability to sense the potential in an idea that’s still a seedling, Carlos has revolutionized the art of hotels in Mexico and beyond. With deep humility and respect for his project’s environment and communities, he’s led by the notion that by breaking up life’s patterns, we invite the possibility of transformation.
