| MINIMUM EXCLUSIVE USE REQUIREMENTS |

The hotel offers all facilities from a minimum of 1 night stay upwards. Rates are seasonal and you are required to take a minimum of 75% of the available rooms.
Exclusive use from Sunday arrivals through to Thursday is accepted.
It is also available over the weekend periods, but would need to be 95% of the available rooms.
For exclusive use of the hotel on a weekday (Monday - Thursday), you would be looking at a starting price of £16.000 per 24 hours. This would then rise up to appox £20.000 per 24 hours for Friday - Sunday.
For exclusive use, this includes all bedrooms, an allocation for day delegate, dinner and wine, plus access to and use of all meeting rooms. This would additionally include private use of the restaurant. Please be aware that they are unable to offer exclusive use of the Serenity Spa, as they have members who have unlimited use of the facilities.
The Seham Hall Hotel can adapt rates according to the individuals needs, like change menus etc., so the overall rate may vary. |
