| MINIMUM EXCLUSIVE USE REQUIREMENTS |

The suites can be rented exclusively. Rates are seasonal and you are required to take all seven suites. They can be rented exclusively with a minimum stay of one night on basis of availability. The exclusive hire of the suites does not include the other areas (restaurant, boardrooms, terrace, glasshouse, lounge bar etc.) on the premises.
OR
The whole premises (suites, restaurant, meeting facilities, outside terrace and glasshouse) can be rented exclusively (on basis of availability) on Saturday and Sunday. The minimum turnover requirement will be discussed with you on request.
OR
The Lute Suites are located next to the restaurant. If the restaurant will be rented exclusively at night for parties with loud music, for example a DJ or a Band, all seven suites must be rented.
OR
Special events on weekdays (Monday till Friday) for exclusively renting - part of the premises or the whole premises - are subject to availability. The possibilities and minimum turnover requirement will be discussed with you on request. |
