Mounted on the rocky shoreline of the Estoril Coast, this daring project by CM Dias Arquitectos practically falls into the Atlantic Ocean – and right into the lap of the fashionista.
To complete the modern transformation of the Count of Cabral’s 19th-century mansion, Portugal’s fashion elite was successfully courted to “dress a room” each. Ana Salazar, Fátima Lopez, Miguel Vieira and Manuel Alves & José Manuel Gonçalves were among the designers who created an individual look to rival the latest catwalk impressions for every single room.
Beautiful water retreats have been integrated throughout the property and include an outdoor saltwater pool and hydro-massage bathtubs in each of the guest rooms…Certainly a setting fit for a count, if not a fashionista king. |
