| MINIMUM EXCLUSIVE USE REQUIREMENTS |

The hotel offers all facilities from a minimum of a 3-night stay upwards. Rates are seasonal and you are required to take a minimum of 10 rooms. The hotel only accepts exclusive use from Sunday arrivals through to Thursday. It is not available over the weekend periods.
The minimum price of EUR 7.000/ night (excl. VAT and f&b) includes the following services:
- 25 rooms (20 camper rooms and 5 camper suites)
- meeting space (168 m2)
- breakfast buffet
- access to our 24 hour snack service area with fresh made sandwiches, salads, soup, desserts, and soft drinks, tea, coffee, and pastries.
