Given the men behind it, the question of Boundary's success was less a matter of if, than how soon. The answer? Quickly. Housed in a Victorian warehouse, the hotel, caff and fine French restaurant has firmly established itself within the artistic community around Shoreditch, East London. Created by knighted arbiter of British design, Sir Terence Conran and Peter Prescott, former director of operations at Conran's restaurant ventures, the hotels’ rooms are an homage to the 20th century designers that influenced Conran’s work as well as the up-and-coming artists whose works decorate Boundary’s common areas. Prescott’s love of wine and cuisine are evident in the Boundary Restaurant, which offers a French seasonal menu that ranks as the capital’s finest.
