Minimalism and harmony are the motifs in this temple of cool, designed and built by Milan's Piero Lissoni and Nicoletta Canesi in the heart of Istanbul's banking district. Pale hues of blue, beige and green are spread out over the Bentley's 50 rooms and its elegant simplicity is cleverly offset by inviting the vivacious colours of the street into the heart of the hotel.
