Chef Luigi Frascella is in charge of the PG's Restaurant's wonderful show kitchen which Philippe Starck intended to be a modern re-interpretation of the traditional venetian "cicchetteria/osteria". The kitchen allows guests to admire him and his team putting together typical Venetian style dishes which focus on a simple, tasteful and elegant approach. Every dish is homemade with ingredients brought in fresh everyday from the close by Rialto market.
