HOT DEALS AND NEW HOTELS
Located in a quiet, picturesque part of Venice on a wide and sun-filled street, Design Hotel Ca' Pisani is just a few minute’s walk from all the major attractions, but pleasantly removed from the hustle and bustle of Saint Mark's. With 29 rooms and 30 staff, the Ca' Pisani hotel is committed to the kind of high-quality, personalised service that befits a family-owned and run establishment. And indeed, the Serandrei family is a bona fide dynasty of Venetian hoteliers, boasting a long and distinguished history of Venice luxury hotel management. And since the hotel staff is employed directly by the family, not through an agency, guests can expect an all-too-rare level of commitment and friendliness. Hotel Ca' Pisani’s design is equally exceptional: the deluxe hotel is a herald of the new Venetian élan, reflecting the ancient republic's many layers of time. Quartered in a revived merchant's townhouse some 500 years old, the hotel's elegant interior maintains its noble history while absorbing influences from the Futurist and Art Deco movements of the 1930s and 40s. Artwork by Fortunato Depero is on display in Ca' Pisani, and the Futurist theme is continued in the hotel's restaurant, La Rivista. Here, sparkling blue "starlight" tables underscore an easy-going atmosphere, where guests can enjoy delicious local dishes with a contemporary edge and thoughtfully selected Italian wines. In the guestrooms, original beds and accessories from the same period, personally collected from across Italy by the Serandrei family, add authenticity and a unique touch to this Venetian boutique hotel brimming with remarkable details. From the "CP" logo on closets to the one-off wooden inlays on each guestroom door and the ever-changing floor lights in the reception area, Hotel Ca' Pisani is as individual as its guests. But while its aesthetic may embrace the past, Ca' Pisani’s amenities and facilities are pure 21st century: hotel-wide WiFi, in-room satellite TV, direct phone lines, laundry service, a roof-top solarium terrace, an on-site steam bath and access to a nearby gym. At the Ca' Pisani in Venice, guests can enjoy both historic beauty and contemporary comfort.
In a very quiet, picturesque part of the city near the Accademia Bridge, between the Accademia Galleries and the Peggy Guggenheim Foundation. All major attractions are within a few minutes walk.
