ABOUT THIS HOTEL
SPECIAL OFFERS FOR THIS HOTEL

As a cosmopolitan highlight of Binz's liveliest beach promenade, CERĘS complements the beauty of Rügen's seaside. Architect and interior designer Moritz Lau-Engehausen's singular vision infuses this idyllic haven with a clear, sensual, and modern sensibility through his use of smoked-oak wood parquet flooring and natural black Chinese stone.

A soft, neutral mood is found in all the elegant, spacious rooms. Tall French windows lead to each room's balcony or terrace, overlooking a panoramic view of the island's velvety white sand beaches and glistening blue water. The impression that the Caribbean has been transplanted to northeastern Germany is central to the hotel's design concept. In the Senso Spa, luxurious treatments focus on water in all of its forms and temperatures, while the restaurant, Negro, extends the aquatic theme, even as its roof terrace location offers a spectacular glass cupola for night time stargazing. From that perch, guests can perhaps spy the small black orb that gives this dreamy hotel its name. With immaculate charm and classical lines, the Baltic's new star – already the winner of multiple awards – is a veritable love letter to purity, and Germany's ultimate seaside experience.
