Its 240 square meters of exquisitely appointed space is for guests who want five-star service in a single stand-alone suite. Owners Alex Urseanu and Micky Rosen were able to create a space that can shape-shift from an extended-stay apartment to a film set, a conference venue, or a romantic retreat. On request, the loft can come with services like a butler, a private shopper, a chef, a bartender, or anything else a discerning guest could want. Wi-fi, on-site parking, housekeeping services and, on arrival, a full refrigerator are considered standard. There’s access to Roomer’s concierge services and the wonderful top-floor spa; guests can even use the loft’s Audi A8.
But it can also be a place to simply settle into an aesthetically holistic, absolutely private environment that is integrated into Frankfurt’s very fabric. It’s so integrated, in fact, that hotelier Micky Rosen lives in the same building. The loft’s two sumptuous, spacious bedrooms, a spa-like master bathroom poured in bespoke Italian concrete, carefully curated furnishings, generous living space, and open chef’s kitchen make ROOMERS Loft the ideal location for enjoying the spirit of Germany’s financial capital.
