MEET THE ORIGINALS: NANCY & ANDRÉ BOURGUIGNON
Originally from Belgium, successful gastronomes Nancy and André Bourguignon have become an important part of the Provencal landscape. Arriving in 1996, they opened their first hotel, ‘Du Côté des Olivades’, in 1998. Hotel B Design came later, in 2009, giving them a chance to focus more closely on their culinary offering. Nancy, who gained culinary kudos at French fine-dining restaurants, including Jean André Chabrial’s Michelin-starred La Cabro d’or, is still the driving force behind Hotel B Design’s tempting seasonal menus.
