Guests are taken on a visual journey around the world at the Five Seas Hotel Cannes, where a fine selection of handcrafted furnishings and adornments excite all the senses. Each object and painting that embellishes the public spaces, rooms and suites, has been designed specifically for the hotel by the best craftsmen around the world. From superb embroidered folding screens, to an antique collection of blue porcelain, each piece alludes to exotic landscapes, creating spaces that are unique, authentic and intimate.
Located behind the famous Croisette, the hotel is ideally situated to take in the best that Cannes has to offer, including the Old Town, the harbor, Festival Beach, luxury shopping and the Palais des Festivals. But guests need look no further than the hotel's rooftop for world-class dining, extravagant lounging and views over the roofs of Cannes. At Sea Sens restaurant, the menu is curated by Arnaud Tabarec. Here, exotic cuisine prepared using herbs and spices from Asia, as well as ingredients sourced from the local market, is served in an opulent space filled with lanterns, suede banquettes, Bivouac-style armchairs and floral wall panels. These lively surroundings extend out onto the terrace and towards the infinity pool. All the desserts are sweet creations by World Pastry Champion Jérôme de Oliveira who is also at the helm of his own Salon-Boutique, "Intuitions by J.", serving freshly-baked, tasty treats. The Spa by famous partners Cinq Mondes and Carita, and a private yacht, the COCA VI, for mini-cruises between Monaco and Saint-Tropez, round out the decadent voyage.
