Hotel Topazz and its sister property, Hotel Lamée, are the first hotel developments of LENIKUS Group, "In these hotels, we want to combine art and savoir vivre giving these buildings a special Viennese touch at the same time," says Lenikus. But his passions don’t stop at property, Lenikus has been collecting contemporary art and contributing to the revival of the Viennese art scene for years and owns approximately 25 hectares of vineyards on the outskirts of Vienna.
