MEET THE ORIGINAL: JENS LIEBHAUSER
Zhero - Ischgl/Kappl, the newest member of the Zhero Hotel Group is part of East West Real Estate, founded and chaired by real estate specialist Jens Liebhauser, a man who has made luxury his business. He studied both economics and interior design before founding the company in 2002. With his business aptitude and unique artistic vision, Jens quickly progressed from acquiring German residential portfolios to shaping an international luxury development organization.
Liebhauser also manages more than 20 affiliated companies in a broad range of industries, including high-end fashion, sports retail, restaurants and cafes. In hotels such as Zhero - Ischgl/Kappl, visitors experience the synergy of these interests in world-class style, design and cuisine. He is currently working in collaboration with the legendary Italian architect Matteo Thun on a dramatic villa in Mallorca, Spain.
