The seaside paradise of Goa has long been praised for its idyllic natural beauty, tropical rainforests teeming with diverse flora and fauna and aromatic spice farms. The Park on Holiday Beach, Goa, situated on the border of two of Goa’s most popular and lively beaches – Candolim and Calangute – is The Park Hotels’ seventh property in the Design Hotels™ community, and possesses the same chic design, luxury spa, innovative gastronomy and nightlife that the group is renowned for.

With each new property, The Park Hotels owner Priya Paul aims to create spaces which celebrate contemporary Indian culture, combining five-star service with design-led interiors and public spaces that act as local meeting places, so that guests of the hotel will be immersed in a local hub. Paul says the Indian art scene has been developing rapidly in the last ten years and some of the country’s most talented artists have worked on adorning the most recent additions to The Park Hotels family. She says it is all about reinventing a contemporary India, taking traditional elements and expressing them in different ways.

The Park on Holiday Beach, Goa offers an insight into the energy and lifestyle of this “new India”, with a primarily white decor that acts as canvas, accented by dramatic splashes of color and custom furnishings. The 30 rooms and suites contrast minimal white with deep purple and vivid pink, and each is decorated with contemporary artwork that references local culture. The four suites offer another level of luxury – the Studio Suites each have their own private plunge pool, while the Deluxe Suites have a private balcony with beach views.

Guests of the hotel are treated to exclusive beach access, and from any vantage point can enjoy views of the sun as it sinks into the Arabian sea. Daybeds and cabanas surround the purple pool, and cocktails can be sipped while cooling off with refreshing sea breezes from the ocean at te PEACE. LOVE - The restaurant is open all hours of the day, serving creative cuisine that is synonymous with The Park Hotels Group’s strive to design hang-out places where guests engage in the local hub. Throughout the day, and well into the night, laidback music by resident DJs fills the air, providing the perfect soundtrack for relaxation, indulgence or partying.
