MAGINWULF

MAGINWULF studios is Berlin/Mannheim-based design studio association founded by Gisela Magin and Thies Wulf – after working together upon various international design projects – a perfect merger of positive forces and rightly balanced.

Their portfolio identifies Brandspaces, Products and Research as its main fields of activity. In their eyes the conceptual strength derives from the framework of fine arts, exclusive scenography and classic industrial design. They both have a great sense for materials and trends – from vintage to futuristic – by nature they need to dive into it.

MAGINWULF stands for a clear conceptual design language, detail-enriched and innovative in construction and components. Their award-winning design links traditional with contemporary viewpoints in an outstanding, fascinating and exciting manner.

The two units are the creators of shops and brand spaces of well-known brands (such as Stone Island, C.P. Company, Sabotage, Brax, Mac).

Their expertise in style and function also applies to fair booths and living spaces (apartments in New York, fair booths in Amsterdam, Florence, Berlin, e.g.).

MAGINWULF studios creates furniture (Benkert Bänke e.g.) and objects, and has its own collection of design products (www.sketchpet.net).

After they have given a successful trademark look to the 2007 Designhotels Future Forum in Barcelona, and were creative directors and partner of Future Forum 2008, MAGINWULF are now return as creative directors and partner of the 2010 Design Hotels™ Future Forum 2010 in Berlin.
